The weekend is almost here!

Anyone need dessert for the weekend? We will have twelve medium sized specially made Macarons this Friday. This wonderful dessert has a layer of Dacquoise cake sandwiched between chocolate and espresso buttercream. This was inspired by the traditional Opera cake which some of you may have had in years prior here at the Placid Baker.
